Design Build

A design-build turnkey project consisting of a 25,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel building with a 6,600 sq. ft. concrete topped mezzanine.

This 105,520 sq ft facility located at the northeast corner of Coaldale, AB houses a high-tech manufacturing facility with warehouse & offices.

The new Therapeutic Riding Centre, located on 55 acres of treed land, will help accommodate the organization’s current membership base of over 600 people, which includes 350 therapeutic riders.

This commercial building renovation incorporated a new contemporary design concept in the storefront and garage bays. The end result provided the aging building with a much-needed facelift and satisfied the client’s immediate needs.

This project is completed through a Design, Build, Supply, Erect/Install form of contract with Southwest Design & Construction Ltd. and Swamp Donkey Oilfield Services Inc.

The pre-engineered steel building was completed in 2017 as a design-build project. The facility includes areas for retail sales, mezzanine storage, offices and staff areas as well as a warehouse situated on a 1.34-acre property.

The new design-built expansion increased the Coaldale facility to 67,000 sq. ft. and incorporated many features such as Drive-thru bays with an Overhead crane, Wash bay, Loading docks and Scales.
