Bartle & Gibson

A design-build turnkey project consisting of a 25,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel building with a 6,600 sq. ft. concrete topped mezzanine. The main floor includes 4,100 sq. ft of developed space highlighting a showroom, sales counters & offices with the balance of the space used for warehousing. The mezzanine includes a lunchroom, training room & additional warehouse space. Other features of this building are a standing seam roof & wet fire sprinkler system. Located in the Lethbridge Northside Industrial Area, our client recognized it had outgrown their previous location. We finished this project in the summer of 2015 with Bartle & Gibson moving in shortly after.
