Pre-Engineered HCI Rigid Frame steel building system was constructed in 2006. It was designed for commercial use to be used as a Retail Hardware Store.

Completed through a Design-Build form of contract with Midwest Design & Construction and SAHURI + Partners Architecture, this two storey building is home to Magnum Cementing’s administration offices and production shops.

Located in the South Lethbridge business district, this locally designed multi-story professional building truly showcases the design flexibility and economic value of pre-engineered steel building systems.

This 32,000 sq ft commercial retail property is designed to accommodate up to ten 3,200 sq ft individual bays or two 16,000 sq ft spaces separated by a 4-hour pre-cast firewall.

The main floor of this 32,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel structure is an industrial shop with cranes, retail, parts and service. The second floor provides office and administration space.

Custom design commercial building with the combination of pre-engineered steel building and 2-story wood framed structure containing a 7,000 ft2 shop and 5,400 ft2 office/mezzanine.

This was a turnkey project constructed to the client's specifications including a pre-engineered rigid frame steel building with standing seam roof & canopies over the mandoors & loading dock.

Showroom comprises polished concrete floor, 4" insulated metal panels with heavy embossed stucco appearance, concrete block firewall on east side of building and extensive aluminum showroom windows.

This pre-engineered steel building is located within the Westgate Commercial Centre in West Grande Prairie.
