College Ford Lincoln – Lethbridge

In production

Located in south Lethbridge, this attractive and contemporary building will sit on a six acre site and will be equipped with a Ford and Lincoln showroom, a customer lounge, sales and staff offices, a parts warehouse, and a state of the art service shop facility.

Featuring a variety of modern and versatile finishes, this building is sure to be an attention grabbing fixture on the Lethbridge landscape. From planning to pre-construction to getting the first shovel in the ground, our team is thrilled to be a part of this exciting project so far and we cannot wait to work through the remaining milestones and see the completed product!

Windsor Ford – Grande Prairie

Completed

We successfully completed the supply and installation of a 57,500 sq. ft. shop, to join the ranks as one of the largest dealerships in North America. The building’s total square footage actually exceeds 100,000 sq. ft., making it an impressive feat of engineering, design, and construction.

We added an All Weather Insulated Panels wall system along with a 12” thermal roof, which helps to ensure maximum energy efficiency and durability. We used massive internal jack beams to support wider clearspans and a two-storey mezzanine, which provides ample space for both customers and employees.

The SWMW team also installed the insulated panel system on the office and showroom structure, which created a sleek and modern aesthetic. We built out architectural facades, which provided us a perfect space to mount the Ford signage.
