This project incorporates three commercial warehouse bays ranging in size from 8,370 – 9,900 sf² and up to 29’ clear height.

Designed to streamline the manufacturing process of screw piles. Building meets new Alberta Energy code requirements.

This multi-stage large scale storage facility was completed in 2015 and allows for approx. 64,000 sq. ft. of additional warehousing for the client.
