This project incorporates three commercial warehouse bays ranging in size from 8,370 – 9,900 sf² and up to 29’ clear height. Each bay was developed to varying degrees, and different design specifications, however includes dedicated office space & washrooms. The loading docks include dock levelers & dock seals, while a loading ramp provides access to the interior.
