What To Expect

First, we’ll organize a meeting to discuss the facility in question and flesh out the desired scope of maintenance work.

If our clients are looking for regular maintenance packages, we’ll arrange a facility tour and provide a needs assessment report of your facility shortly after. This assessment will identify areas of potential concern and will also outline a proposed maintenance schedule.

In addition to regularly scheduled maintenance, a point of contact with Southwest and Midwest Design & Construction will be identified for any unscheduled or emergency needs. This means less time spent waiting on hold and minimizes how many individuals you need to speak with to get the answers you need!
