Lethbridge Volkswagen (Renovation)
This 2013 East Lethbridge renovation and addition project was finished using the design-build method. Our design team worked with Volkswagen’s European design team to ensure brand standards were upheld, and we used a contemporary modern modular design concept for both the addition and renovation portions of this structure.
The Volkswagen renovation really demonstrated our team’s ability to deliver excellent results regardless of project start point. Additionally, as this building was still open for business, we also continually worked with the client to ensure that business operations continued smoothly.
Highlights of the renovation include curtain wall windows, a fresh and modern main entrance, and a new showroom with white aluminum paneling and LED lighting throughout. The dealership looks clean and modern while still delivering on the efficient style that the client’s products are known for.
Windsor Ford (New Construction)
In 2019, the Southwest and Midwest Design & Construction team had the opportunity to build the Grande Prairie Windsor Ford dealership from the ground up. We’re proud to say that the Ford dealership is one of Canada’s largest!
With a grand total of 44 service bays and 752 parking stalls, the immense dealership is 94,787 sq.ft. The building has a 12” thermal roof system, a 4” insulated metal panel wall system, and a gorgeous showroom featuring glass and skylights – an imaginative and stunning way to highlight the products.
Our team was proud to deliver this stunning, modern dealership to our clients on time and on budget.
