Nudura

This 105,520 sq ft facility located at the northeast corner of Coaldale, AB houses a high-tech manufacturing facility with warehouse & offices. Both of the pre-engineered steel buildings have standing seam roof systems & the office annex features a perimeter parapet to give the appearance of a flat roof that also includes a cultured stone veneer. The warehouse features a 2-bay receiving and an 8-bay loading dock and includes an expandable rigid frame endwall for ease of expansion in the future.
