Triple M Housing

This modular home manufacturing facility was recently expanded to increase the clients overall production, provide additional staff offices and washrooms, update the facilities existing paint applications and accommodate a need for additional material storage. Completed as a design-build contract, each and every one of the client's needs were incorporated into the final design. In addition to this project, Southwest Design & Construction Ltd. has also completed a 9,600 ft² (892 m²) cold storage building as well as an 11,520 ft² (1,070 m²) truss plant and welding shop.
