Patterson Armoury Underpinning

The project consists of site excavation and clearing, cutting and removal of existing footing, underpinning the existing building using 140 helical screw piles due to building settlement. A swale, catch basin and underground piping were tied into the existing stormwater system to deal with existing water on the site. Coordination of multiple sub-trades on site while work was being performed.
