Weyerhaeuser Timberlands Office Building

This exciting new Project is located 15 kilometers Southeast of Grande Prairie, Alberta in the beautiful Wapiti River Valley. Weyerhaeuser Timberlands Division, which looks after procurement and delivery of raw wood product to the adjacent Weyerhaeuser mill wanted a new office structure fabricated out of their specialized Structural wood products. The building incorporates the Weyerhaeuser Parallam PSL Structural Beams in the roof system and Structural Insulated Panels on the roof. This creates an energy efficient building envelop while offering the aesthetic beauty of the exposed beams in the board rooms and common areas. The building is designed with a two-tier roof slope, and is an efficient use of environmentally sustainable products.
