Southwest performed the supply and erect of the 57,500 sqft shop. The total dealership square footage exceeds 100,000 sqft making it one of the largest dealerships in North America - IT'S HUGE. The building includes All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP) wall system and 12" thermal roof. Massive internal jack beams support wider clearspans and a two storey mezzanine. Southwest also supplied and installed the insulated metal panel system on the office and showroom structure. Architectural buildouts of facades create a unique look to mount the Ford signage.
