Located on a six-acre site in South Lethbridge, the new College Ford Lincoln dealership is a striking example of how modern design and functionality come together in a steel structure. The facility features dual showrooms for Ford and Lincoln, a welcoming customer lounge, two-storey sales and administrative offices, a spacious parts warehouse, and a state-of-the-art service shop.
From concept through completion, SWMW Design & Construction guided every phase, ensuring the structure met both brand standards and operational needs. Incorporating a pre-engineered steel system with pre-cast concrete panels allowed for efficient construction timelines, exceptional durability, and wide open interiors ideal for a dealership environment.
Design & Construction Highlights
The exterior showcases clean, contemporary lines and durable finishes that elevate the dealership’s visual presence in Lethbridge, including a modern mix of ACM panels, corrugated and ribbed metal cladding, curtain wall and storefront glazing, and pre-cast concrete panels. Inside, the design prioritizes smooth customer flow and functional spaces that support efficient operations and future adaptability, featuring a variety of high-end finishes, fixtures, and furniture.
SWMW utilized the design-build project delivery method with an emphasis on incorporating specific owner/brand project requirements while overseeing all planning, coordination, and execution.
