Located along highway 3 in east Lethbridge, this project was completed as a design-build renovation and addition. Our design team incorporated the newest contemporary Volkswagen modular design concept in both the new building addition as well as renovated portions of the existing facility. The final design was completed by local designers working in conjunction with both the client and their European design team. Progressive Waste

Completed on time and on budget, this state of the art, heavy truck maintenance facility features all of the required amenities of a standalone facility however it compliments an existing recycling building. The building is designed to be compact and highly efficient due to the high site traffic volumes and reduced land area. This facility was the first of its kind but has now been replicated in several locations by the owner which speaks to its well-planned design and functionality.

Murray Chevrolet Cadillac

Working with the team at Murray Chevrolet Cadillac, we took the time to understand our client’s needs and planned our work accordingly. As a local business, it was key that they were able to operate day to day and continue to serve their customers. As a result, our project team planned accordingly and we allowed our client to operate with minimal interruption.

During the project, completed in 2015, our team installed two custom steel tower structures over the entrances and retrofitted the building with an apolic-metal panel system. We also installed an integrated drains a vestibules during the retrofit.

An architecturally designed 17,000 sq ft commercial building situated on the corner of Highway 3 and 43rd Street South on an approximately 90,000 sq ft lot. Being located in Lethbridge at one most high-profile locations, the building needed to exceed the owner’s expectation for design and appearance.

The project was a design-build project with the goal to accommodate a restaurant, bar and craft beer production brewery under one roof. The challenge of this project was that uniqueness of three operations under one roof and their own set of building codes and restrictions.

Peavey Industries Ltd.

This is a design build retail store and warehouse completed in the spring of 2008.  The main structure is a 28,800 sf²
pre-engineered steel building with a 2,400 sf² green house attached.  A 6,400 sf² steel Mezzanine allows for additional warehouse space and includes a developed area with offices, staff lunchroom and washrooms.  This is a single slope design featuring supermarket columns to 10’ above finished floor.  The exterior features stucco and masonry accents on the front side with automatic sliding doors.

New build project of a Tim Hortons located at 703 Albert Street in Brooks, Alberta. We built this project from the ground up which included construction of the garbage enclosure and drive-thru as well as installing the furniture and equipment.

Features: screw piles, foundation, concrete slab, plumbing, electrical, security system, steel stud walls, drywall, windows, doors, custom millwork, wall tiles, floor tiles, EIFS stucco, SBS flat roof system, roof hatch, all interior finishes and install of furniture and equipment.

This project is completed through a Design-Build form of contract with Southwest Design & Construction Ltd. and Field Engineering & Associates Ltd.

This 18,000 ft² building is the new home for the Northern Sunrise County/Town of Nampa Museum and Civic Centre offices.  This new structure is comprised of a main floor (12,000 ft²) for the Museum as well as two stories of office space (6,000 ft² – both floors combined).  The building is constructed as a Shop Fabricated Wood Structure with Pre-Fabricated Wood Trusses, Stone Veneer and Asphalt Shingles.

KPC (Kenna Professional Campus)

Full renovation of an existing call center to a multi-tenant commercial/professional space.

The space includes common meeting rooms, shared lunch facilities and public washrooms. Upgraded finishes throughout the space showcase the clean modern design and harmonize the different tenant spaces with common design elements.

The main floor of this 32,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel structure is an industrial shop with cranes, retail, parts and service.  The second floor provides office and administration space.  The structure took 10.5 weeks to erect and enclose.

This project is completed through a Design, Build, Supply, Erect/Install form of contract with Southwest Design & Construction Ltd. and Swamp Donkey Oilfield Services Inc.  This 16,000 Square Foot building is the new home to Blue Wave Energy of Dawson Creek, British Columbia.

This new structure is comprised of a two story office, shop and wash bay complete with a full wall and ceiling liner package.

The building is constructed as a Pre-Engineered steel building complete with high efficiency 5” thick Nucor Insulated Roof panels and 4” thick Nucor Insulated Wall panels.

Completed through a Design-Build form of contract with Midwest Design & Construction and SAHURI + Partners Architecture, this facility is home to Major Overhaul & Equipment Repair’s heavy equipment maintenance and repair shops.

The facility consists of two pre-engineered structures located within a short distance to each other.
The main building on site was constructed over and around an existing portion. The challenge of this was proving a two hour fire separation between the new shop and the existing office portion.
This project was completed on time and budget.
