Coulee Brew Co.

An architecturally designed 17,000 sq ft commercial building situated on the corner of Highway 3 and 43rd Street South on an approximately 90,000 sq ft lot. Being located in Lethbridge at one most high-profile locations, the building needed to exceed the owner’s expectation for design and appearance. The project was a design-build project with the goal to accommodate a restaurant, bar and craft beer production brewery under one roof. The challenge of this project was that uniqueness of three operations under one roof and their own set of building codes and restrictions. The real success of the project is how the pre-engineered building design, which integrated three individual buildings into one, added significant cost savings to keep the project viable.
