Inuvik Apartment Complex

This 27,000 square foot pre-engineered steel building was completed over 2 years during the COVID-19 pandemic, under grueling social and climatic conditions, a testament to the fortitude of our team. In phase one, our teams completed the exterior building envelope, which included the steel structure, roof, siding, windows, and doorways. Due to the Arctic climate, this structure was built on steel piles to withstand the permafrost. The scope of phase two consisted of the interior fit-up/improvements, which includes the mechanical and electrical systems, ceilings, floors, walls, and any additional requirements needed to ensure the building is ready for occupancy. The finished apartment complex features 17 standard rental units, each with 2-3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
